Rally Schedule
The Hayward Air Rally has traditionally been a weekend destination trip, but was changed in 2023 to make it essentially a 1 day event. The tentative 2025 schedule is as follows:

Friday May 30 - Aircraft Inspection & Course Briefing

Registration and aircraft impound at Hayward Airport (HWD) - 1st time participants are strongly encouraged to arrive on Friday and attend the briefing in person. |

Course and procedures briefing in person at HWD and via Zoom video conference. Attendance at this briefing is required. |
Saturday My 31 - Rally Day!
07:30-09:30 |
Late Arrivals/Inspections at HWD, if you don't fly in Friday. Note that the field is often IFR in the morning. |
